How it works: The converter keeps Name, Team, Time Arrive, Telephone, Work, and Mobile.
It sorts everyone by team, adds a blank row between teams, and stamps the date at the bottom.
Output is saved as Schedule-YYYY-MM-DD.xlsx to your Downloads folder.
